I was driving my minibus from London to Aston Villa Stadium with customers when the alternator light came on. Thankfully, I managed to drop off my customers without any issues, but soon after, the vehicle broke down. He replaced the old faulty alternator with a reconditioned unit and provided 1 year warranty. Will definitely recommend anyone with alternator issues to come here first. Civic type r ep3. My car lost all electric power. No power steering, no headlights, no nothing. Battery was fine upon checking so the next step was alternator. I gave my alternator to Vehicle Rotating Electrics Ltd overnight. They checked it and found nothing wrong with it. They could have lied and made up a fault but didn't. So props to these guys for their honesty and integrity. I would definitely recommend. Turned out to be a 15 amp fuse in the fusebox next to the steering column which got short circuited because of a lambda sensor touching the body under the car. All sorted now.
